I’ve been tracking my order daily since it was marked as shipped 7 weeks ago. Now the Ford’s order tracking site says “The Order Number and VIN entered do not match with a corresponding vehicle order”. I am copying and pasting the vin so I know I’m not typing it incorrectly. I also know...
I’m right there with you. I work in a corporate HR role for a fortune 200 company. I have no say in anything. I come to work, take some zoom calls, tell some younger people what to do, then go home as quickly as I can to watch my teams on ESPN+. Have been doing the same for decades...
Mine shipped 8/28 and I still don’t have it. According to Granger, it’s still on a train and hasn’t even made it to KC yet. I’m at a loss at this point.
Mine has been sitting in KS for almost 6 weeks. I’m really close to letting them keep my $1,000 deposit and just buying locally, as there is a truck exactly the same as the one I ordered that is almost exactly the same price as Granger’s, that is 15 minutes from my house. It’s getting to where...
If that is the thought, that thought is flawed. I say that because they won’t lose just one customer they’ll lose anybody who latches onto this thread who has not previously ordered a vehicle remotely. There’s something inherently risky in ordering a vehicle remotely, especially for a buyer who...
I wondered the same thing, but as you pointed out, it was still an option when I ordered my 703a, so I’m assuming it will not be on my truck when I pick it up. I am still hoping though.
I really don’t get how Fords shipping works. You and I both ordered a platinum which would’ve both been made in Dearborn. My truck was finished and shipped over two weeks prior to yours. But my truck has been sitting in KC for a month now and has an anticipated delivery date that’s two weeks...
I’m not sure when mine arrived at KC, but it was shipped there on 8/27. I’m also awaiting shipment to Granger. My delivery date on the tracker has pushed back further every time I check it. It’s quite frustrating, to the point that I doubt I ever order a ford again. Not saying I...
I’m betting both of our trucks are currently sitting In the same lot waiting to be loaded onto the same truck, as my revised delivery date was pushed back (yet again) to the first week of October.
I ordered the exact same truck, down to the same color. The only exception was I opted for the max recline seats. While the pic below shows the truck to have gone into production on 8/26, the ford customer service rep had previously told me that it had gone into production two weeks...
Ford keeps pushing my delivery date back. If the latest estimates are correct, it’s going to take a month to ship the truck about six hundred miles. I have absolutely zero idea how a company can be so disorganized that this can be possible.
I received the email from ford saying that mine was in production on 8/12. It changed to Built on 8/26, then shipped 8/27. My estimated delivery date is 9/12
Same experience here. I am waiting on the same truck, except mine is supposed to be delivered next week. Chip has been great throughout the entire process.
I loved my 2014. Would still be driving it if it had not been totaled. I did however experience the downshift into 1st while cruising at about 40 mph in rush hour traffic. Completely locked up the rear end. Scared the Holly crap out of me. Only happened once though. I’m not certain if...
