The Eibach 2R sounds like it might be a better fit for my PB. Do they come assembled? How high would you recommend setting the fronts and still be within specs?
They do come assembled and with a spanner wrench to adjust if needed. Usually they are about 2” out of box. Many customers go to the 2.5” mark.

We did just start a sale today too! 10% off. Free shipping. No sales tax!

I recently ditched my fox 2.0 for the 6112. More control, better at absorbing bumps and hits, just so much better all around. I got 2.5”+ on my 3.5 and a very comfortable ride. My fox’s were under 2” initially and I adjusted them up to 2. The ride was very jittery.
Did you change the factory UCA on this install with the 6112 kit? does it sit level or close to with slight rake

Will this kit give the Power boost the 2.5 lift in front?
Wow we are very sorry we missed this question! You probably already got your answer but in case you didn’t; it will not give a full 2.5 lift on the PB. You will get roughly an half inch less of lift on the PB maxing out at 1.9” if you go to setting 6

If you are planning to stay at the 2 inch or lower mark, then you do not have to swap out your control arms. It is when you go to the 2 1/2 inches or up that it is advised to swap your control arms to get better articulation And adjustments so you do not cause any premature wear and tear or any sort of UCA rubbing on the coils.

As for leveling, this kit at the Max sitting will get you really close to level. You will still have about a half inch 2 inch of rake pending on your truck set up. But from the naked eye, it’s very close and you will look level for the most part.

No. Circlip @ #6 is 2.5". Circlip @ #5 is 2".

But as was stated, those won't be as high with the PB.

for 2021 and up F150s setting 6 is the 2.5". setting 5 would be 2".

As for UCAs, we would recommend SPC or even the new Ready Lift Level UCAs. Both are going to be more affordable and still perform just as good. SPC is definitely a better performing set over the RL due to their adjustability and what not, but either one would work. Definitely check each one out though and see their details. here is a link!

Does the Whipple supercharger add enough weight to change the Bilstein 6112 height settings? Shooting for a 2” lift, still position #5?

Do you have a camber/ alignment kit recommendation to pair with the Bilstein set?

This is a great question. The whipple I believe adds roughly 150lbs to the weight on the front end. So it is not drastic at all. Although it can certainly effect the up front sitting height some, it will not be too drastic.

As for camper kit, SPC camber kit all the way. We sell these constantly and everyone has been happy with them. They have both a standard and an HD kit. Here’s a link below to check them out.

Thanks for the write up, you have a revision that says Ford made a change in November 2024, do you anticipate updating the post with the changes soon?

Also, have you seen early surface rust on either the FP or standard Bilstein kit? Surprised to find some on the welds near the eyes for my FP kit.

We are actually working on that updated write up this week and should have it sometime next week. We wanted to have it done sooner but when we became the first dealer to have hands on the new kits we kept selling out before we could even keep on for ourselves. Now that the rush slowed down, we have a set on hand and are going to update photos and the write up.

As for surface rust, we have not had anyone come to us with issues on the new kits. This was a problem that they were addressing on these new kits. There may be problems, but we havent seen any. Same some what goes for the standard 6112/5160 kits. Yes we have seen rust/corrosion happen from time to time but it seems minimal if ever. If you have that issue I would certainly try reaching out to Bilstein to see if they can offer a solution.

So I was surprised I wasn't able to find an answer to this question, but here goes...

The Bilstein labelled 5160s can support up to 2" of lift in the back, can the FP rear shocks do the same?
