Ford Pass Recall Alert

Has anyone had a recall alert show up on Ford Pass?
I have one, but can't pull anything up when I click on it.....when I click on it it states that it can't connect. Called my dealer so they could look it up from their end.....shows a potential problem with a driveshaft. I'm going to try to get it in to have it checked this week.
It's odd that there is an "alert" showing on Ford Pass but it can't be pulled up from the app.

Ford Pass app is a joke. They sent me a message on the windshield reseal recall that in the description talked about the backup camera. Took them a few weeks but they eventually corrected it. You’re likely to get a paper copy in the mail before they fix their Ford Pass screw up.

I have the same recall alert, and the same issue with the app not responding

Mine is working as it should. My alert is for the windshield recall and will display the correct information when I click on it.
