I have 2022 F150 Lariat PowerBoost. Ford Pass and the connectivity have not worked since NOV 2022. I finally got an appointment last week, they had my truck for the whole week. They said everything was fixed and working great. I get back home to connect Ford Pass and it won't connect, the app says go to Connectivity in settings and "enable connectivity". SO I hit the button, the wheel spins trying to access, and it closes out goes back to main screen. WTF Seriously? Im guessing one of 2 scenarios, nothing was done and my truck sat for a week or the Ford mechanic has no clue what he is doing. I thought SyNC2 sucked, was excited for sync3, that was no better than #2. So now we have the holy grail sync4... It doesn't even work at all LOL Ford should fire Microsoft. What a joke
