"Connectivity Settings are currently not available" Message

Does anyone else have an issue where the "Connectivity Settings" are unavailable?

I have had issues with my modem (TCU - Telematics Control Unit) in the past when the vehicle was first new. It would be non-functional for several days, but this was back in the March timeframe. Near as I can tell it's been functional for the past several+ weeks. I check FordPass and it's been updated every day with ODO, etc.

First indication that TCU is again acting up is that FordPass hasn't been updated since May 20th. Went to check Weather via Sync4 screen, and icon was greyed out / unavailable. Then went to check Connectivity Settings, and got the message below. Have tried again over the past few days, same message. Suspect that the TCU is flaky again, and needs to be replaced.

I have a 2021 Platinum Powerboost that never made it off the lot with this working. The dealer worked on diagnosing the issues while I waited for three hours only to say Ford would need to analyze the data in the reports before they could decide on a course of action. Did you ever get your new telematics modem ? My return appointment is at the end of July and I am concerned it is a waste of time if the part or a software fix is still unavailable.
