Ford ESP evap emissions coverage

Anyone able to confirm if this part is covered under PremiumCare ESP?

separator tube evaporative emissions system lines - Part #: LX6Z9D289SH

Seems like it should be. covers purge valve canister and other lines in emissions system. Dealer is stating replace canister purge valve but quoting the tube assembly part plus 2.2 hrs labour (1hr for diagnostic, 1hr replace part, .2hrs clear codes).

Ask the dealer to show the text excluding it from coverage in the PremiumCare contract Article 7. WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THIS AGREEMENT. I don't find anything that would exclude it from coverage

Probably "hoses" (=tubes?) which is a "wear and tear" part. But hoses don't go at 20K miles from wear and tear. Is there a part to replace just the purge valve and not the entire tube assembly?

That is an emissions part and should be covered by your emissions warranty.
