After a series of very unfortunate events regarding a brand new 2023 F150 Tremor, of which needs a new engine at 4800 miles, qualifies for Lemon Law etc, I have decided to entertain the buyback / lemon-law program

Does anyone have any experience with the Ford Buyback program, what can I expect? What is the turn around time, what does the process look like?

it’s more about having a good representative or person(s) you’re working with not just the process itself lol.

I had the experience with a 21 explorer st 2 months old. Had issues with fuel tank cutting off pump immediately when fueling and after repeated repairs the issue remained. Although I was hesitant, It was an overall good experience. I think from being to end it took about 3 weeks. They provided you with an offer to buy back or keep with a discount. I opted for full buy back. The process will start with a rep and will need to be approved by their legal department. They will ask for paperwork and make you sign an agreement. One point I would make in NY I had to petition the state for return of my taxes which took longer then the buy out. I purchased a new explorer which out of the gate had an oil leak. Seems to be my luck. Fixed and still running well. Good luck with your situation.
