I have a few questions.

has anyone ordered on-line and had the part/accessory sent to dealer for installation which was also included in the on-line sales price?

My local dealer isn't included in the list of dealers that I can ship to. Is that because only some dealers agree to on-line cost given for installation? I'm looking at the trailer brake controller and the on-line install cost is 1/3 of the $600 quoted by my dealer (quote did not include the part).

I don't want to order a part then get the run around when it comes to the installation. Thanks for sharing your experience.

I just made my order and was able to combine my points to reduce the cost. The 20% sale ends today. My local dealer does not participate in on-line Ford accessory business, so I had to use a different dealer near me, but it was worth the savings. I called and spoke with their accessory department. They answered all my questions including why not all dealers patriciate in Ford Accessory on-line purchasing.
