We get this question a lot, about various fog light options for your F150. So I wanted to go over a few options we have...
CrystaLux LED Fog Light Bulbs for Ford F-150 (1999+)

For trucks that have standard halogen bulbs, this is probably the easiest upgrade. Just take out your factory halogen bulbs and throw in our CrystaLux LED Bulbs. This will give you a lot more light for $95
Baja Designs 2021+ Ford F150 Fog Pocket Kit

This is a killer upgrade that replaces your factory fog light system. You'll receive 2 pairs of lights. One pair will be controlled from the factory fog switch and the 2nd pair from a switch. You also have the option with this kit to control BOTH pairs of lights from your fog switch using the included pigtails. Although that might not be legal where you are from so check with local laws. The kits allow you to select from a few options (such as their Sport or Pro lights... Pros are brighter then Sport) along with the color on the SAE lights. You do get one pair of "off-road" lights and one pair of SAE (street legal) lights in the kit. Kits start at $884.95
Diode Dynamics Stage Series Fog Pocket Kit for 2021-2023 Ford F-150

This is similar to the Baja Designs kit above, although made by Diode Dynamics. They have 3 different lumen levels: Sport, Pro, Max. So you can get a lot more light for your money with the Diode Dynamics kit. Available with 4 white lights or 2 white/2 yellow lights.
The kit connects to your factory fog light switch with the 2nd pair running off a switch.
Diode Dynamics Elite Fog Lamps for 2021+ Ford F-150

This is what we ended up using on our truck. This replaces the factory fog lights and is a completely new housing. This kit can work alone (without the Diode Dynamics Headlights) but can also work WITH your Diode Dynamics headlights (since they can talk to each other). It's a great upgrade over stock and gives you a nice unique look WHILE maintaining that "factory" style look. It features 3 lights inside. When paired with the Diode Dynamics headlights the fogs can also work together as I said to trigger additional features (such as SHOW mode or a nice animation startup). You can still do the animation startup without the headlights of course.
