This is a shower thought I had.
With all the powered outlets on the F-150 how would a rechargeable flashlight workout if you just left it on the charger mounted somewhere in the truck? Would it drain the battery since they don't seem really turn off or would the outlets not be powered if the motor wasn't running. Something like the streamlight stinger led lights.

I've got a stream light mounted in the back seat, only charges when the truck is running

The power points can be programmed for remaining on post key-off for a specified amount of time. I'd think that assuming you put such a light into the vehicle charged, barring some crazy use case it'd remain so with casual driving. Do keep in mind though that no lithium chemistry likes to sit at full charge. For most lithium chemistries, charging them to the 80-85% capacity can double to triple its life.

Ohhh I like that! I had some maglite D rings in my Jeep and while I didn't use the light all that much it was nice to have it there if I needed it.

That's what I was thinking it holds a charge pretty good just sitting in the desk drawer. I saw they had a new 1200 or 1500 lumen one that might be a better match for what I use the 450 for now.

USB ports as well?? I'd love to keep them active for some time after shut off so I can charge my phone when in the gym or strip club.

I want to say USB stays on for a bit anyways but probably would turn off before you got a full charge on it.
