I love the Ford app. It lets you add service records with receipts. So I document every oil change and cabin filter replacement. So the dealer can’t upsell me on anything.
I have a good shop I’ve brought my Dodge Ram 2500 there for years with the lifetime alignment. Never tried to sell me anything.
