Fender Badges - anyone changed theirs?

You know, if any of you have your BAP (Lariat) ones that you are replacing the top inner part on. I'd be happy to swap my sport ones for yours at my expense

Alternatively if you've removed the inserts for your BAP lariat and want to sell them, please let me know cause I wouldn't mind just putting the inserts in mine

I'm wondering if anyone out there has switched out or blacked out their fender badges? Am I the only one who loves the blacked out look of the sport package, and would like to have 0 chrome anywhere on the truck? I know there are how-tos on removing the similar badge on the Super Duty, just hoping for a solution on my '21 Lariat.

Yes, my shop plastidipped my chrome ones. Much cheaper than buying the black part. Holding up nicely after many months.

What did that cost?

I'm not sure what those pieces cost as they did every piece of chrome on the outside - tailbed, mirrors, handles, running boards, logos, trim pieces, grille, etc and removed the factory 4x4 stickers for a few thousand.

Its an epoxy overlay, they use automotive grade product from. https://www.averydennison.com/en/home/industries/automotive.html

The pieces are about 10mm thick with high grade adhesive on the back, laser fitment, it's impressive how precise he cuts them. Applied them with a low heat gun.
