I just installed the factory mudflaps/splashguards on my 2023. The front mudflaps (ML3Z16A550AA) are whistling at about 60mph. Anyone else notice this or am I going crazy? I have black factory sidesteps too. But the whistling only started after installing the mudflaps.

You have pics of the design or how they sit on your truck?

I have had factory mudflaps on from the beginning (Dec 2022) and have never heard a whistle. This truck is as quiet as can be. I have the OEM retractable running boards.

It is coming from down near the wheels, the only thing I changed was putting the mudflaps on.

Maybe the after market tire vs mud flap combo? Maybe the two are inharmonious together due to air displacement. Lots of OEM mudflaps on here with no complaints.

Hi there! Will you send us a message with your VIN and your local Ford dealer? I can look into things on my end.

Well, I've started to notice it isn't consistent. I think it depends on the wind direction/speed. I live in a very windy area, and sometimes the winds here are 25-30mph consistently. Sometimes it is silent sometimes it is very loud.
