How long are folks seeing it takes from production date to shipping date for factory accessories? Ex. How long we are seeing tonneau and/or spray-in to be applied. I understand they do these just off-site.

Bump. From what I gather, Ford contracts Ground Effects Ltd (https://www.gfxltd.com/) to do the spray-in liners.

Curious what their current throughput/bandwidth is, all things considered: capability, staffing on hand, COVID, number of shifts, supply shortages, production start/stops, etc.

If Google maps is correct, the have enough parking space to buffer ~150-200 trucks at any given time. Think it's safe to assume they're not cranking out spray-in liners at the rate f150s come off the line.

No appreciable delay on my Limited that had a soft folding tonneau and a spray-in liner. Blend date to shipped was about a week.

Thanks, all. Good stats to know. Dearborn or KC?
