Is there a way to contact Ford F-150 engineering about problems?

Good luck, I’d think your best bet is only when the dealer has exhausted all resources they’d contact them on your behalf

Your best bet is to have the dealership contact a field service rep. If they’re willing to do it.

I am wondering the same thing.. our 2023 Explorer has been in the shop for a total of 5 weeks.. 3 weeks first time and 2 the next.
The reason is the Ford Pass and OTA don't work and still don't. The dealer has been AWESOME.. ( still under warranty) they have replaced the modem, gateway module and the APIM.
What i did find out through this whole process is...

It isn't the dealership.
After the dealership tries to fix a problem and can't. They reach out to "Ford engineers " that's a joke. So I saw the transcript each time the tech reached out. He would wait hours or a day for a response. Then the engineers would say do this, tech does it, doesn't work, contacts Ford engineers AGAIN.. each time the engineers would only give him 1 thing to do instead of several. My Tech was so mad and the Service advisor.
All this time I was thinking it was the dealership, in reality it isn't it's FORD !!
