From my experience they are the same, just different part numbers. Bought the 21 part # for my 20 as was ~$100 less. Dealer had to order it and would not do so without my paying up front as 20 & 21 part numbers are different, however all my research said they are the same part. 21 part # fit my 20 with no mods
