Exhaust Resonator (Pre-muffler) Rattle

Ok folks, here's the updated emails that show my service advisor first saying they couldn't duplicate but with my recommendation it appears they have duplicated it. Hope the pics helps somebody:

Tomorrow, I should be picking my truck up. My service advisor has been truly amazing. At first they couldn't duplicate but he listened to my concern and with my direction, the tech found the rattle (not like it's hard to duplicate) because it shows itself much worse from driving it and keeping it in higher rpm range in Sport mode. The new resonator has been installed, on top of that, they actually checked my trans fluid level and determined it was perfect from factory which is good and they checked and found a new PCM/TCM update and then updated the truck and then performed the adaptive learning reset AFTER the TCM update. Finally, because I kept seeing leveled F-150 14 gens driving around, I couldn't help but request they level my truck too. With a 10% military discount, this dealership has been wonderful. I did not. Trying to remember back I would guess difference between the two was a few lbs

I took me a little while to find the stock resonator, but the 145" Wheelbase Faction Fab resonator delete pipe is about 9lbs and the stock 145" wheelbase resonator is about 12.5lbs.

Now that the weather has been HOT AF since last Sunday, I have that rattle sound after driving home 25-30min drive. It's more noticeable to reproduce with the rear doors, from what I noticed by pure mistake.

I just got my resonator replaced under warranty and the rattle is gone. The dealer was unable to replicate the rattle due to the exhaust not being hot enough to rattle. I ended up driving it to work one day, about 35 miles and on my way back into to I swung by the dealership and was able to let them hear the rattle. If it starts rattling again in the future I will do the delete pipe. I have a video of the rattle if anyone needs it to show the dealer and act like it their truck.

Not even a year yet and the rattle is back. I am going to order the delete pipe, if they ever come back in stock. Anyone know what my wheelbase is? 2021 super crew cab 5'7" bed

If you don't want to wait for the delete pipe to get back in stock a local muffler shop should be able to cut out the resonator and weld in a pipe like I did for the same or perhaps even less money. Literally shouldn't take more than an hour.

Not even a year yet and the rattle is back. I am going to order the delete pipe, if they ever come back in stock. Anyone know what my wheelbase is? 2021 super crew cab 5'7" bed

They are now back in stock at Stage 3 Motor Sports.

Here we are 7 months later and I’ve been dealing with the dreaded tin can resonator rattle again. Going back to the dealership. Maybe 3rd resonator will be a charm

Factionfab and I have talked alot lately.
Ordered their 145" resonator delete for my 21 Supercab.
Installing it....it has become clear it's not exactly long enough.
There's very little pipe for it to go over.
I've resorted to another clamp to fix.....and it sort of has.
They say it's the correct length.....ok
Slight exhaust leak still.
Pic shows how far back it is compared to where the stock piece sat.
Supercab resonator piece longer?
They literally have no clue.....initially saying no way your truck is 145".
