Hello everyone, I'm new to this forum and a week ago I received a flooded Ford F150 3.5 Powerboost supercrew 2021. The water was a couple of inches above the floor, I immediately looked at the BCM in the passenger's feet and it was in very bad condition, I bought a new one from the same Ford model, re-soldered some connectors, connected everything, everything turned on. I also replaced the starter because it had become unusable, I also tried to supply power to the starter and it turned the engine without any problems. Then I called a person who helped me to bind the keys to the new unit and connect all the systems with new BCM, the engine started only once after many many attempts, we think that there is an assumption that the VIN number is incorrectly flashed into the BECM, but it is not possible to flash the right one. Maybe someone has encountered this? Below are several screenshots of the units. I will be grateful for any explanation or help. Thank you!
