Emergency cv axle help pls!!!

On holiday of course. Heard a squeek noise and have discovered the passenger cv axle has pulled out from the dif. Does this spin all the time? I assume it needs a new cv.

Well I'm an idiot. The cv is not coming out but is seeping a bit. Back to the drawing board to figure out the squeek. Thank you for your replies.
