So maybe it seems to me like summer hit and these are starting to pop again.

Im moving to AZ soon and this definitely worries me a bit. LEDs dont really get hot, so I wonder if the direct sun is what is somehow getting to burn the end of the filiment.

I'm sure it doesn't help much. Mine doesn't get just an awful lot of direct sunlight though due to where i park at work, and while it's finally feeling like summer here over the last few days, it hadn't even really been in the 90's consistently before this last week.

So I have Premium Care ESP with the lighting add on, and both assemblies were replaced under warranty. And just like that, the warranty already paid for itself. I feel for anyone in a similar situation that doesn't have the warranty.
