Driver Door Handle Swap (to one without key hole) for theft prevention?

Around these parts in TX we have a lot of F-150's being broken into with a screwdriver hammered through the key hole.

Has anyone had the dealer swap out their Driver door handle with an upside down passenger? Any cost estimates (parts/labor)? Any issues?
