Following a dealer reboot of my ‘22 Power Boost (for unrelated reasons) in December, the driver’s power window has become glitchy and unreliable.
In this forum, I found a reference to the owner’s manual recommendations for resetting the power window switch, and I employ the procedure regularly to make the window function.
Naturally, the dealer has been unable to replicate these behaviors, finding no errors:
First, the auto down/up function ceased working — intermittently,
Then, upon start up in Electric mode the window was non-functional until the engine started,
And now, it’s a flip of the coin if the window works without powering down and restarting, or some other random sequence of switch manipulation.
(On Christmas morning, the truck full of gifts, food and humanity, we had to switch to the tiny Escape to make our holiday journey. Not good.)
Hoping someone has sympathy and counsel!
