I have a 2022 SuperCab on order with front bucket seats and the fold flat work surface center console.
I would really like to install the Dometic fridge.
If anyone figures out a solution, please post it here.
Thank you!

This does look like a nifty find, well-integrated into the vehicle.

FWIW my 2022 Lariat 500A SuperCab does not have the 12V aux port in the console between the bucket seats (2x USB ports in a round bezel there instead). There is a 12V aux port on the back of the console facing the rear seat, presumably you could tap into that and install a 12V aux port ILO the USB's in the console with some extra effort (the USB bezel is in the same location as the 12V aux port seen in the video below, IMO the hole is already the correct size for a 12V port).

EDIT - There's a serious / fatal conflict with the Gen 14 console lid - see post below by @hitchhiker

But personally I'm not inclined to sacrifice the entire daily-used console space for a refrigerator I'd likely use only for longer trips. Methinks that one of the many (often less expensive) automotive refrigerators, placed in easy reach directly behind the console, would be my choice. That works for me because I never have rear passengers on trips in my SuperCab, but I realize that may not work for folks with families in the back of a SCAB / SCREW.

Love these Dometic products. This product is slick, but I use my center console storage, so I'd probably just use a traditional cooler in the back seat. LOL.

'21 F150 XLT with 40CONSOLE40. I have a 12V outlet on the center console angled to the passenger seat.

I decided to give this a go in my '22 Lariat. Unfortunately, it doesn't fit and could not be easily modified to do so. The console lid design is what bites us here. Its thickness takes up the entire area that would normally be occupied by the top of the fridge. I had to remove the lid to even do a test fit.

So we'll have to wait for Dometic to release a compatible model, or someone more clever than I to make it fit.

If all you're wanting is a way to keep things cool, could just pull the console out and insulate the outside walls of the console storage area then tie into the rear AC ducting that to the rear seats. The tie-in to the duct would not have to be all that much either and put a block off plate on it for when you don't want it cooled. For the lid seal you could put some weatherseal material to keep the cool air in and prevent it from blowing on your side as you drive.

My 08 GTI had a port with a rotating plate in the glovebox that tied into the AC. I thought it was rather gimmacy at first but if I left the port open the glovebox and its contents would surprisingly get rather frosty.

I did keep the thing and have a few ideas on how to make it fit. I tend to accumulate more projects than I have time available to finish, though.

Everyone seems very set on pointing out that yes, other options exist, ranging from a different portable refrigerator to a traditional cooler. This thread is about the Dometic unit, though.

That's a bummer but thanks for being the guinea pig and sharing that critical info.

I wasn't paying attention to that possibility when I watched the installation video posted above, but now going back after looking at my console lid and comparing to a few critical frames seen in the video, I can see the problem :(.
