Does this look normal? Pulley bolt wobble video

Good evening,

Just bought a new 2024 F150 STX 2.7 a few weeks ago and am kinda annoyed. I have what many are experiencing as vibrations at idle. I had a 2020 F150 with the 2.7 before this and never experienced this issue. It makes me not enjoy driving the vehicle honestly. While looking at the engine, I noticed the crank pulley bolt seems to be wobbly, I have attached a YouTube video. Is this normal??? I have an appointment next week at the dealer to check the vibration, not sure what good it will do though.

The pulley looks fine the bolt and washer look off center a touch ! I think it's fine, how many miles on it ? I would pull the Belt off and check it for side play ! If you know what I mean.
