now that is a very cool way to get chilled airNice work. I researched the %$# out of cooled seats last week shopping for my dad a minivan, and it turns out minivans still make-do with "ventilated"-only seats, even in the highest trims. I had forgotten that actual "cooled seats" were a big reason for my F150 (Lariat mid, I think). (They are loud and as someone said above, only 'hint' at coolness, but it's still cooler than ambient air, and we felt a big difference getting back into the cooled F150 between test driving a bunch of "ventilated"-only seats at 100 degrees.
In the process of my research I came across DIY write-up, which was on a Tacoma. There may not be the under-feet AC vents to tap into like in the Taco, but may generate ideas for those following htis thread.

i do think my 16 exp seats got pretty cold as did the 13 f150
compared to the 22
i am thinking a slinky type hose right on the fan so when my shorter wife drives she gets the chill as well
