Disabling PB Fake Engine Noise

Fyi, I did it with Forscan and it actually makes the electric -> gas + electric transition seem alot smoother because I can barely hear it!

If anyone is curious this is the configuration:

It is - This doesn't affect the Pedestrian sounder - it is just for inside the car engine noise.

There is a thread in the PB section about disabling the Pedestrian Sounder.

When I look at this value in Forscan, there is no option to write the new value for just this. Did you do a Write-All for the ACM?

Yes. Forscan will confirm which values you are changing after hitting Write All.

I competed this mod today on my 2021 F150 XLT Powerboost. My truck was already set with a 0 based on the information from the original author of this thread. I need to use the following to disable on my truck.

ACM 727-01-01 xxxx x0xx xxxx

I also changed fog light setting so that they stay on whether using low or high beams and changed the key removal function so the truck horn does not honk if you remove the keys while running.

Hope this is helpful.

Update: I did see DMACs posting where he used this and it impacted sound system. I will need to check that......
