Dirty inside bed. Does Ford tailgate seal help keep dirt / dust out?

Before going on dirt trails I would place duct tape along the edges of the tailgate to prevent dust from getting sucked inside. When I found third-party kits I started to use them and no more need for duct tape. I paid $28 to have the Access TrailSeal Tailgate Gasket delivered to my house. Cheapest improvement I have made to my truck.

Thanks guys I'll be installing my seal then go from there to see if anything else needs to be done.
It doesn't have to be 100% perfect but dang I wanna be able to put stuff back there and not have to rinse the dirt off when I get it out. Lol

It helped some but still alot of dust build up in there. Seems it's mostly coming from the sides of gate.

Yes. I put them along the bottom and sides . My tailgate when closed seems it sits out alot. I need to try seeing if I can adjust the latches somehow. ..

But it did help some with the dirt mine just had huge gaps looking from inside of bed out on each side of gate
