Did anyone claim 500.00 FordPass gift card?

Claimed in the app for 500.00 of accessories. Bought truck. Dealer has no idea what I’m talking about and Ford pass is giving me the run around bad. Curious of others experience, apparently a voucher is generated at the dealer they can then print. Dealer is out of state so I can’t just go back in to talk.

I forget what the conversion is, but it's 42,000 Fordpass points, I have no idea what the dealership needs to do but when I signed up for FordPass at the dealer, the app updated the points within a few days.

I can't imagine the dealership not knowing about it, since it was one of the things they made a big deal about.

Another potential recourse is through Ford's dealer survey and they have a physical address in addition to the emails they send after purchase. Ford would definitely be interested to know if a dealer is playing dumb about such a large program.

Not that, I already got that for purchasing a new truck. This was an offer where you could pick accessories, service credit, Home Depot gift card, etc… seems like very few have seen this which makes it tough to figure out!

One thing that I have gotten into the habit of is screenshots of any offers or digital coupons incase they disappear.

Yep did that too, even sent direct to a Ford pass rep who never responded after.

I recently spoke with the owner / general manager of the dealership where I bought my truck. I mentioned that I had read on this site that some were being offered a choice of a $500 rebate or 2 years of free maintenance for having to wait so long to get our trucks. He looked in his system and couldn't find anything.

To me that sounded more like a dealer initiative rather than a ford offer but it’s possible maybe a particular region did it. Nothing like that at all here.

It’s a targeted offer… if you already have a Ford pass account check the messages. I also keep getting a paper mailer with the same offer.

This is getting ridiculous. I’ve had 3 agents request I forward my confirmation email to them so I did. Today the lady said oh they updated your notes… says it’s region specific to Houston.. what the heck? I live nowhere near there and I’ve seen the one she’s referring to it’s not even relevant. Then she said the dealer might not participate. At the end of it all she’s going to escalate but so have the other 3. They all agree I did everything correctly but I keep getting the runaround and I feel like I’ve exhausted all options.
