I can confirm this can be cleared with FDRS. My TCU got the update in February and has been reporting error U211B:51 ever since. Using the GWM - Trusted Real-Time Operation Network (TRON) Module Authentication option I ran the TRON Diagnosis and Repair process. It blew up at the end and said it failed, but it cleared the error with the TCU ?‍
