May not help but did you seat all the fuses and relays since new?
Alot of us got em really loose from the factory.
Also some of us had this early on for the big screen in 2021 and possibly one of the updates fixed that. Maybe check you update history.
I haven't seen it occur again on my XLT 5.0 since June ish 2021.

No I was well into my trip two hours before it acted up that was in West Virginia from Ohio and I drove to Florida without incident I’ve had Apim issues before and actually haven’t had an update since last year My big screen was blacking out randomly then they put a new APIM Module Then they couldn’t get the software program for it to program right I got tired of it and told him to put the old one back in and then I haven’t had an incident since. I have not had an update but checking on it says the system is up-to-date which I don’t believe
