Sent emails to the Ford corporate contacts each of the past two days and never received a response, but just got the notification that my truck shipped. Not sure if it made a difference or is just a coincidence but I’m not complaining! 65 days from when the build was complete

Mine just arrived at the dealership. I never got a shipping notification and the tracker still says awaiting shipment. Seems like the perfect ending to this madness.

I called a representative at NS, my truck is in Conway PA, not Michigan. The 800 number tracker doesn't work for my railcar number for some reason. So another 327 miles to go.

Mine is also headed to Wilmington (SE PA dealer) and shipped last week. I wonder if it's on the same train.. I'll pretend like it is haha.

Mine just arrived at the dealership. I never got a shipping notification and the tracker still says awaiting shipment. Seems like the perfect ending to this madness.

I'm going to ask the chat the next time they're available. The last time I contacted them they "reminded" me to go to my dealer for status, and Ford told the dealer not to give out rail car numbers. Just another notch on the Ford is shitty at communicating belt.

Someone lied to you. My truck shipped 7/13. I recieved railcar number from ford.
I also got railcar number from my dealer.

If your dealer told you they are not allowed to give railcar numbers, i would not trust ANYTHING that dealer says.

I sincerely hope that is true1. Have you seen it yet? Ford sent the truck has arrived email about 10 days before my truck made it to the dealership. Good Luck!
