ugh. Yeah, Ford chat couldn’t tell me anything - well except my delivery date changed. Didn’t receive an email for that. Suppose I’ll just give it a rest, and get a call hopefully this week or more likely next, permitting the stars align in my favor.I don’t think it’s possible until it’s actually picked up. At least that is what I was told by Ford. They make no sense. They claim to have no idea who is supposed to pick up the truck. I asked for a vehicle visibility print out but it didn’t give nearly the information needed. No clue what’s going to happen to my truck and im going to stop looking at the tracker daily now. Just makes me angry.
