Current Shipping Delays

I don’t think it’s possible until it’s actually picked up. At least that is what I was told by Ford. They make no sense. They claim to have no idea who is supposed to pick up the truck. I asked for a vehicle visibility print out but it didn’t give nearly the information needed. No clue what’s going to happen to my truck and im going to stop looking at the tracker daily now. Just makes me angry.

ugh. Yeah, Ford chat couldn’t tell me anything - well except my delivery date changed. Didn’t receive an email for that. Suppose I’ll just give it a rest, and get a call hopefully this week or more likely next, permitting the stars align in my favor.

You can use the Canadian tracker to see your delivery window. In the URL change “com” to “ca”. Works the same just gives you a date to expect it.

According to Ford they have it in a “system” but no one I’ve talked to knows what system that would be. Seems they just blindly ship and hope it gets there.

I also emailed the execs last night and to my surprise I got a response today. However it goes to show they know nothing. They said my truck looks to be scheduled to ship on 7/30. I explained my truck shipped on 7/4 in the email and how it’s just been stuck now in my state for 2 weeks. No clue what she looked at but the truck shipped already…. Just need help in getting further movement.

Checked it and my delivery window is unchanged and showing 7/25 - 7/31, so hopefully that stands or it just hasn’t updated yet let whatever Ford Marketing looked at when they told me it was now up to 8/4. Thanks for telling me about this!

Did you ever get a response from anyone in the ford executive office? And how often were you emailing them? And was it the same email everytime? And did you use your vin as the subject line? Thanks for the information and glad it looks like your nearing the end of waiting for your truck.

I emailed each of the three contacts that were shared earlier in this thread twice and got a response from an executive administrator today. I just put “F-150 shipping delay” in the subject.

I did but maybe didn’t dig deep enough. No need at this point. United road is showing my estimated delivery date of 7/28!!!!!

@s.v.t. I just went to United road and put my vin in. If they are your contractor your order will populate but say inactive. At some point it went to pending then an estimated date populated.

Congratulations! My truck is on UR in route to my dealer today, f'in excited is an understatement!
If I pick it up tomorrow it will be exactly 6 months, order 1/29, pick up 7/28

This is my most recent after 4 delays. It specified the vehicle has shipped and the shipped bubble is filled.
