Go to United road website from you phone than delivery receipts. I watched a YouTube video from a bronco owner who shared how to do this. Can’t find the video to post. Sorry

@s.v.t. I just went to United road and put my vin in. If they are your contractor your order will populate but say inactive. At some point it went to pending then an estimated date populated.

I did but maybe didn’t dig deep enough. No need at this point. United road is showing my estimated delivery date of 7/28!!!!!

On the United road info page. Anyone know what the order type is? Some say “load child” some say “individual”. Currently my United road order is inactive but has moved to actual placement at the Norfolk souther rail yard so it’s making its way to me. Trying to get Some level of delivery...

@kevdog0710 same. I backwards engineered this by going to United road and figuring out my final destination was a Norfolk Southern lot. Somewhere on here you will find it the instructions for Norfolk southern tracing. Works better than csx in my opinion. Give it a shot. Can’t hurt.

Just an fyi I thought I had a wrong rail car number but actually I had the wrong rail company. I was calling csx and later found it was on Norfolk southern. Once I called the correct company the trace worked and I have been able to follow it. Updates aren’t real time but the last Rail stop data.

I’ll check with my dealer tomorrow to see if I can get some better info.
