Console shifter issues

Is anyone having shifter issues with center console shifter not engaging in selected gear or falls out of gear? Also selecting reverse it will fall back into park. It's been very annoying!

Is anyone having shifter issues with center console shifter not engaging in selected gear or falls out of gear? Also selecting reverse it will fall back into park. It's been very annoying!

There's another thread on this topic and the consensus was to take your truck back to the dealership if you're having this issue.
