I'm about 4 hours from DFW. I believe there are a few DFW guys though, try hitting up the Texas sub-thread.

Having issues logging into FDRS both the latest version and older versions. Have tried steps mentioned in other threads but have had no luck. Any ideas?

Sometimes it just takes some time before the license registers and you can log in.

Yeah I purchased the 48 hour license yesterday and am still having issues. Hoping I can get in today.

Call the support number. At least document the issue with them jic. I have seen them extend licenses for people in the past when this happens.

Well interestingly enough I tried on my phones mobile hotspot and it worked. Switched back to my home Wifi and I am in business. Let's see how this goes.

Best I can figure is my home network was blocking something for the login server. I'll dig into that more later

I was able to install all updates with the exception fo the BCM that requires a password and I show an ACM update that never goes away despite being installed.

APIM update brought me to Sync 4 23291 which Google shows as not the latest but a step closer from where I started.

If you got to Sync 23291 and no more GWM/APIM?TCU updates showed up, then Ford has not released the final string of Sync modules updates for your VIN yet.

Yup! Everything was installed. Went through several rounds of TCU and GWM updates and 1 APIM update that was about 5GB via flash drive.

Then you're done for now. Eventually, you'll have GWM released that once installed will release the final APIM update.

I might ask you to check the Vin in a couple weeks again to see if it is showing as available that way I know when I can purchase the license again. Otherwise maybe I'll get lucky and the OTA will work now.
