I can confirm you don’t need the 360 cameras for the co-pilot 360 2.0 assist. I have a lariat 502a without the cameras but the truck has all the functions of co pilot assist.

I bought off the lot and wondered the same thing as I knew the order guide says 360 cameras or tow tech are required. I can confirm you don’t as I do t have either. I think it’s a glitch in the ordering guide. Hope this helps. You will like the copilot assist. It’s nice.

Glad someone can confirm, very weird than that they require you to add the cameras on literally every other combination trim/packages except for a 502A. I never knew there was a way to get Assist without the camera package. at all, this seems to be the only way.

So you just don't have the full truck view of everything when backing up or the front bumper view when parking? Obviously still has a backup camera, does it still have the one up on the top fo the cab by the brake light?

Correct. Only back up camera. No camera by brake light.

I think people are confusing Assist with Active. Ford makes the names too similar between tech packages.

No, the screenshot I sent is for Assist. Active isn’t even available on an XLT and Assist still requires the 360 camera package to go with it.

I’m definitely not confusing the 2 options. I know the difference. But glad someone can confirm a 502a co-pilot assist 2.0 works without the camera package.
