Good luck! I am in Louisville. Unfortunately most dealerships in the Louisville area are 3+ weeks out from what they’ve told me. I’m scheduled for the 3rd week of September.

We thought the bed or leaf springs were causing it at first too. We locked and unlocked the LSD twice and it has not happened since… starting to think the rear was locking up and unlocking

`Yes, this worked for me. I cycled the LSD a few times and the clunk went away. TY

His came back after about a week of driving.

After 200 miles mine starting doing it also, dealer says they don't know what's causing it.

So my father took his truck to the dealer today for them to tell them there is a TSB for the issue and that the part is on national backorder… they will call when the part arrives but no ETA

I dropped my truck off this morning. They will have it for at least three days.

I’m not even on the schedule until 9/28 due to a massive backlog in the my area. If there is a part on back order I guess it doesn’t matter.
@Lawdog3003 @quartzlariat - do either of you know if Ford said this can cause additional damage to suspension/ whatever else is loose if we keep driving them?
Although they would fix it.. just more to have to worked on
