I had a stuck apim luckily I was able to update it eventually. Since then I have updated all software through fdrs. In the ford app I still show a recall 22S17 and CSP 22B08. Is there anyway you me to clear these without getting a dealership involved?

My dealer did these and it took almost a week to clear from Ford Pass. The dealer uses FDRS as well so there should be no difference unless there is some manual processing the dealership does to report these as complete. For physical recalls use another tool to report them as complete.

You'll have to get the dealer to clear the notices for you. From a liability standpoint, a consumer being able to clear a recall notice will likely never be an option. Otherwise people could mark a recall as being completed without actually fixing it, and then what happens if there's an accident/injury/fatality from the uncorrected issue? If you're the second/third/more owner from the person that cleared the recall without fixing it, who gets the blame?

what i find odd is that they cannot just solve it out if 1 = 1. i don't think i should be able to close out a recall as fixed from my end either. but if they say BB is the updated TRM, and my truck has BB, why do I have an open recall that only the dealer can close out? they should see it's running the updated version and it should self solve, no? i don't like letting the dealership (or anywhere for that matter) touch my stuff unless i have to. and i think it's just a waste of everyone's time to have me take it in just for them to say, "yep". i know they're gunna want to keep the truck forever to do minutes worth of work. and hopefully not mess anything up. it wouldn't be the first time.

That is my fear after all the work I put in to get things right. Having a dealership hook up unsupervised is a scary situation.
