Hello,
I recently purchased a 2023 F-150 and this is my first ford truck. I have had chevy and dodge trucks up to this point. I love the ford so far, but there is one thing that is driving me nuts. There is a chirp / squeek noise seemingly coming from the rear of the truck when I takeoff from a dead stop. I will sometimes hear this noise when backing out of a driveway when the rear end comes down from the curb. Does anyone have any idea what I might be hearing and or how to fix it?

I appreciate any wisdom on this, other than "just turn up the radio".

It could be any number of things from brake caliper slide pins to suspension components. Best option is to do a walk along next to it to narrow down where it's originating from. Or have someone get in the bed and bounce the truck to see if it can be replicated that way.

If it's a bushing at the leaf springs or shock mounts then a dry silicone lubricant spray would work wonders. If you had or installed rear fender liners check the passenger side to make sure it's not lightly rubbing against the shock causing a squeak like sound. If this is the case a little trim with tin snips is all you need. If it's a brake caliper then a little anti-sieze is the trick. Ford apparently did not put much if any on them causing issues. Last thing may be the spare tire might be slightly loose and rubbing against something.

right on man, thank you much, you gave me some good info to start trying to narrow it down. I will see what I can figure out this weekend. I appreciate your insight and knowledge....

I did not put in fender liners, so I can at least take that out of the equation. They actually seemed to do more harm that good on my last truck.
