We ordered our truck in June and it was built August 24th. It’s a lariat hybrid. It has been sitting since then. On October 25th it showed as built awaiting shipping and still have not received it. It at an eta time be date of November 21 and it is still showing that. No updates and the dealer hasn’t been able to provide any further details. It is coming to Vancouver Canada from Dearborn. I have almost given up and wonder if we should order another truck?

Just reaching out to see if you have any info being that you work there. Our truck was completed on Oct 25th and has been awaiting shipment since then to Vancouver, BC, Canada. I spoke to the dealer this morning and they are saying that a month later it is still awaiting a railcar. Does that make sense?? I have seen trucks on here shipped out just days after they were completed. The truck was built in August and was awaiting a micro chip which it got on October 25th……
