I called ford chat and to try and see my location and she told me that my truck was on chip hold and my dates may change. I told her that it was already shipped and then she said oh yeah it was. It’s in Illinois. They don’t know anything. They just regurgitate what’s right in front of them. Don’t really look into anything. As per vin view and ford my truck is In Illinois. My VVR still is on chip hold. They can’t get anything straight. I would still check but I would also talk to your dealer and and see if they have vin view. Seems to be more accurate. Good luck
