I'm very happy for you but this is insane. We are celebrating each time someone receives a very highly priced item - 8 to 12 months after the purchase. Just doesn't seem or feel right

Correct - I will add that it sat for so long - all the batteries (powerboost) were so dead they needed to be replaced (per my executive contact). So, although no chip holds were ever noted, it certainly needed “parts”. ???‍?

Got the call from the dealer that my truck is finally in. 3 months from order to blend, 2 months to built, 8 months to ship and five days transit to dealer. At least one thing went on schedule. Good news is 0% was being honored and price protected, no questions asked from October’21. Dealer is also submitting a request for exception to marketing on an expired pco on my behalf.
Let’s hope it’s not rusted out when I pick it up in a few weeks.

So, after an initial good start with my case worker, I now feel ghosted. No further communication after several attempts.

I found a Platinum, with a 10/14 blend date that is currently in shipping from a different dealer.

I am going to take a shot and see what happens.

Oh, you way underestimated because the thread starter gets his truck after everyone else in the thread gets their trucks, so the OP can wrap up the thread. Based on the number of posts on this thread, you may have the dubious distinction of having the last delivered 22.

The dealer was applying for an exception to marketing on my behalf. It would be returned to me as a check if anything is approved. Not an affirmative answer, yet, but I appreciate the attempt. Will be a while before I find out as I cant inspect, sign and take delivery until the end of the month due to my schedule…but what’s another couple weeks ?
