Did anybody notice the time on their ordertrack app recently start over? Just a few days ago it was showing around 70 days as "time in status" and now it is down to 3 days. The count of similar vehicles in status also went down to 244 from 700 or something. Any thoughts on what this means or why it happened?

At the top of the page: " System Degradation: Dual hard drive failure caused an outage on the production server. I am currently restoring from backups. Traffic routed to dev environment. "

The guy who made the tracker does it on the side and I assume he just hasn't gotten around to finishing the restore yet.

Just got this from Corri at the executive offices. I know it’s not great news but I will take any info I can get. She’s been really good at following through.


I did get a small response today to my inquiry. There are 4 issues that currently being investigated on the truck as they did not pass the quality testing. Your F-150 cannot be shipped until these issues are resolved and the vehicle passes the quality testing.



The vehicle must pass our high standards so that it will also meet your even higher standards. I was not able to obtain a concrete time frame for release, I was told that it is being actively worked on however.



I will continue to monitor the situation and hopefully soon will be advised of the all clear so that we can get it shipped out to you.
I wonder if it has something to do with our build week and the Lariats?

I wonder if it has something to do with our build week and the Lariats?
Who knows. I think it obviously impacted all of our builds that week

@Blackout150 Yikes! On the plus side, they caught them before shipping it out but four quality issues on one vehicle is definitely concerning.

Still no movement on tracker or modules as of an hour ago.

Corri has been looking into my situation since Sept 1. She is very nice but either is not given any information or she does not feel the need to share the information she has.

Emailed like 4 executives from the emails I got on this forum ( I believe there emails are like 5 pages back) and she was assigned to my truck. I did it like 2 months ago

As someone who worked as a customer service manager many years ago, know that the folks on the other end are typically trying to assist you to the best of their ability. While I understand everyone's frustration with the delays on new orders, please do not beat these folks up as they have no control over the current environment and they are our last line of assistance when it comes to updates during the manufacturing process.
