I can think of a few ways we can invest your 75k. One of them is we could help a lovely young lady pay her way through school. So this is a new one. I have been bitching upside down and backwards to everyone I could think of at Ford. To my great surprise actually received a phone call yesterday - to my home, not my cel of course so they left a message. Interestingly enough, they are expeditiously tracking the shipment of my vehicle to find out where it is. My build has been on chip hold for 2 months now and still has not been completed, so Ford literally has absolutely no clue as to where or what stage of production our trucks are in. I'm really starting to think there are many better ways to invest my $75k, maybe with a company that has respect for their clients and pride their own product. Yup, frustration has now become anger and complete disbelief

Has yours been completed and said shipped? I'm curious how many trucks just magically show up and the customer has never been notified.I got this from Chip at Granger:
We just got about 20 trucks in so we've got to get them all through service, check for recalls, etc.
Mine shipped and had an ETA to Granger of Oct 6th to the 12th. On the 11th Ford emailed me and said the new date was the 18th to the 24th. I looked at the tracker this morning and it said it was delivered to Granger.Has yours been completed and said shipped? @BIGSTUF I would really be figuring out what is going on if your truck isn't in this list.I got this from Chip at Granger:

That is the one thing I hold against Granger Ford in this whole process. Ford marketing says they can only see status updates on their end and if I need more details than that to call the dealer. I have kept copies of ALL of my emails to Chip at Granger and the only thing he ever says is “I can’t make it get here any faster, here’s the latest VVR, and we hope to have it soon.” Apparently no one at that dealership knows how to contact ANYONE higher and ask ANY questions on my behalf. I shouldn’t have to do it as they are the ones making a sale. Truly disappointed with all of this.@BIGSTUF I would really be figuring out what is going on if your truck isn't in this list.
I see both sides of this but I think the Dealerships really can't do much and here is why. Last year when my Bronco was in shipment it was mistakenly not offloaded in Las Vegas and went on to Los Angeles. I let the Dealership here know and they couldn't do anything. A week later it was back in Vegas and offloaded. Then it sat at the rail yard for a week before it was transported to the Dealership 15 miles away. I contacted them again and was told they can't do anything. I think the Dealerships are like us and feel the pain of all the delays. That is the one thing I hold against Granger Ford in this whole process. I appreciate the sentiment, but the statement “we can’t do anything” is complete crap. Someone can obviously do something or nothing would ever get done. They know the truck is sitting somewhere at ramp 6P in KC per the VVR. You really mean to tell me that in this day in age with technology and information gathering they couldn’t get ahold of ANYONE who works at that ramp by phone or email to have someone put eyes on the truck and figure out why it hasn’t moved? I don’t buy it. It’s about how far you’re willing to go to investigate.I see both sides of this but I think the Dealerships really can't do much and here is why. I better get at least get fucking bag of bbq tater chips when i pick up my truck with all this chip bs.Mine is now showing "Shipped" via the Ford tracker. Hoping to pick up next week!
