I’m pretty sure I tried this number before and it’s too the marketing team I believe so they have a lot of the same info as chat. I wonder why there isn’t like a factory liaison that could at least put eyes or read from the spread sheet as to which parking lot its rusting in.

Unfortunately for me Phone/Chat has mirrored what my sales managers VVR says. I am still hoping the dealer calls one day and tells me the truck has been delivered. I know that is not going to happen. Still no 720 modules. I guess I am just very unlucky with my order. I am sure it will show up with 300 miles on the odometer, rail dust, spray-in bed liner over spray, a rusty rear end, missing badges and empty beer cans with a Wendy's bag in the back seat.
