Has anyone taken the time to compare their module list to the forescan sheet to see what parts are holding them up? I looked at the more recent hot topics(heated mirrors and steering) and it appears they're both already in my truck. I have 720s and all other modules have at least one number by it. I've been sitting at 1009 for over a week. I have a tear tag. Oh well, I guess it's time to do what I did to get scheduled... Give up on it ever happening and be defeated! ?

The trucks that are on "chip hold" may very well be on "not-quite-chip-hold" hold... Meaning it could be wiper motors, badges, etc. I don't think Ford differentiates between chip-hold and other-parts-hold (I may be wrong).

Yeah, I went through my as built and found I'm missing more than just cluster data. Check my posts in this thread.

Couple of my buddies works at the plant and they confirmed July end - mid Sep production on power boosts, tremor and Raptors were hit with IP cluster shortages. Trucks are parked all over south east michigan. Good thing is that they have the clusters and badges and working their way thru the oldest waiting trucks. Looks like the wait could be anywhere from month to 2 months depending on what other parts the trucks missing.
Ford may be working through the back log but I highly doubt that they are prioritizing trucks by production dates. I tend to think they are just grabbing what ever is in the front of the lot. Ford recently shifted a round a bunch of corporate supply chain executives. Maybe someone at 1 American Road, Dearborn, MI 48126, finally relized the extent of the goat fuck Ford has going on.

Thanks for the update and information. Hopefully our 502A's get released soon.

Do you know if they're putting trucks back on the line to complete, or are they being handled off-site? Curious what the process is for completing our trucks and maintaining quality.

Bringing trucks back from holding lots to the plant and it goes thru final verification line.
That is not what happened with my truck. My truck was in Flat Rock and the work was done in the holding lot across from the Mustang plant. I know for a fact because they accidently gave me FordPass access and it lever left that lot before it was master reset.

There is also an older news article about Ford doing this for months because the union was mad about it.

I don't think they would even have the ability to put trucks back on the line.

I really depends if your truck is waiting for cluster or badges, if it's only badges the work can be done offsite but if it's the cluster It needs to be returned back to the plant as per my buddies. They have more insight and work daily to get these trucks fixed and out for shipping.

My truck was waiting for the DSP, heated steering wheel module and the moonroof module. My truck was not returned to Dearborn. If the truck shows in Flat Rock, it will not be taken back to Dearborn.

I have people inside the Dearborn Truck Plant.

I haven't done this exactly, but I did go through a ForSCAN spreadsheet looking for the things I would like to change in my truck. Every module I want to change is in my truck already. I did not try to determine what is missing. There's just too many. I guestimate that I have only 55% of the modules.

I have looked at the spreadsheet but nothing jumps out as heated steering wheel, what is the modules group?

I don't know where it's at in the module list as I've not look for it.
I did a 2018 Raptor Steering wheel retrofit in my 2013. We could not get the heat to work because the 2013 clock spring does not have enough pins for heat so I'm selling the module since the 2013 is for sale. The module for 15-20 is DG9T-14B561-AC. I also remember someplace saying the heating temperature can be adjusted via Forscan so it's got to be in the spreadsheet. I can't look while at work because they block google drive/docs.

I haven't received a email from Ford yet, but the tracker says "built". Ford Chat says the truck is still on chip hold and the estimated delivery is 28th October.
