They do not run them back through the line. I know for a fact from GPS data from my truck and from family that work at the DTP. Once the truck leaves the factory it gets completed outside of the plant. Any truck taken to Flat Rock is completed in Flat Rock. This is further backed up by the article posted on a thread here (can't find it) which shows the Union was mad about a third party finishing trucks at the Flat Rock facility. The Mustang plant is across the street and union employees lost access to buildings at the Flat Rock site.

My truck was updated and reset (when I lost FordPass access) before it was shipped to Melvindale, MI for railcar shipping. The article also notes Ford installed rollers and other equipment at the Flat Rock facility used to finish F-150s. They can calibrate things and load software as needed.

Last I knew, FRAP can't do that. They can do other stuff, like badges, but not the more intricate stuff.

I don't know for a fact, but the cluster might be part of the dash/IP sub assembly, meaning they have to roll the IP to add it.

My truck is missing more than an IP. It's also missing the DSP for the radio, which is also part of the IP assembly.

My truck was missing the Harman Kardon DSP, Moonroof module and the heated steering wheel module. It had 30 miles on it when whoever was driving it accepted my FordPass request (I assume it was accepted on accident). I had full FordPass access for weeks and the truck didn't move while at Flat Rock. It didn't move so much it went into deep sleep mode which happens after 15 days of not starting. On 9/14 FordPass showed my truck received the 3.5.2 update. On 9/15 I was kicked out of FordPass with an email saying I was no longer authorized. My missing modules were installed on 9/17. Tracker showed "built" on 9/19. This entire time it was in Flat Rock. On 9/19 I checked my modules and the lines had increased to 1756.

With all of that said, my truck never left Flat Rock until it was complete and sent to shipping.

I noticed that as well and it only happened when I refreshed the page. I think it's auto generated to show the day it was displayed, not a new version of the sticker. I could be wrong though.

I saw on another thread that a bunch of the 23's scheduled to be built that first week are getting bumped a week or two. We all know this could be because of parts, but I'm hoping Ford decided to do the right thing and finish our trucks before they start building next years....?

It's just today's date. Mine shipped almost 60 days ago, and the window sticker date displays 10/10/2022. I don't think the date shows on the actual window sticker.

I still don't have the truck. It's still sitting in Montana for almost 4 weeks. I spoke to the sales manager on Friday. After talking for about 15 minutes with him acting like it's a new normal, he finally took down my name and said he'd make some calls this week. We'll see...
