Chip hold My22 & My23

This does not make sense to me. It's one thin to be on production hold waiting for chips, emblems or something else, but to be on shipping hold, why? It's not like it is different than any other truck that has to ship.

Is your truck being built in KC and not Dearborn, because that would be even worst if it is just down the road.

Dearborn, I'm literally a mile or so from the plant.

Yep, I am at 39 days "Awaiting Shipment" I also know of trucks built after me that have been delivered down here in Iowa recently too (let alone you are so close). Sometimes I just don't understand how they just leave vehicles in the back row.

Did a detailed comparison of my modules against a completed 502A PB truck. I'm sitting at 951 lines, but found the following modules completely missing:

• SODCMC
• IPC
• DSP
• CMR
• SODL
• SODR
• BECM

In addition to the cluster, the DSP, side detection modules, and battery control module seem like things that need to be there. The question also remains whether the parts are installed and waiting on calibration/software flashing, or if they aren't yet installed.

In addition, I'm missing lines from the following modules:

• IPMA
• BCM
• ACM
• RCM
• RTM
• TCU

Again, hard to say without knowing which are related to options or missing flash/cal, but there are my findings.

Well, 41 days in production; have 720's, showing 991 lines ever since modules populated. FordPass got denied last night so I asked my dealer if there was a change in VVR. I'm now showing "Ramp 51", still in chip hold showing a release of Oct 7th. What did I do, you might ask? Requested activation again in FordPass. ? Anyone else have an idea of what the status change to ramp 51 means?

For my truck, Ramp 51 meant it was in Flat Rock waiting on modules. Mine was right at 30 days. I've noticed a trend of modules taking at least 30 days and some much longer.

I'm often struck by the amount of capital sitting in open parking lots. Maybe we shouldn't spend so much on vehicles we use so little?

I've thought the same thing. Our vehicles sit in our garage or in a parking lot about 95% of the time.
