I have been trying to get a PCO and for the life of me I am never successful

They just magically appear, in my last conversation with marketing (not my liaison) the rep just said I do see some PCO's and maintenance incentives attached to your truck. I'm almost thinking the girl slipped and was not supposed to tell me? If you don't know about it, they don't tell you or offer it.

18 pages left. The heat is on, not really. As I watch it snow here in Wisconsin I think about those workers going out to work on the vehicles on wheels. Gotta clear the snow off them before they can get in and work on them. And if its night shift..... and cold....

My number is 138.
My dealer reached out to me this morning and said the truck is sitting in Chicago rail yard, expected ETA is 11/20-11/21 now. That is inline with what FMC emailed last week after missing first delivery window.
Also my chip count went up again from when I last checked, after marked as shipped was 1056ish from 900s during hold and is now 1864ish. Maybe updated count after doing OTA updates while sitting in the yard...

I hate that they have expiration dates, and hopefully they will still honor it after that date. With all of the unknowns in the supply chain, hopefully they'll be more lenient on those waiting for their custom order

When I called the marketing team, I was told I had a PCO available and they told me to contact the dealer to give them the information so it could be attached to my order. They gave me the code to pass along and said that as long as my dealership entered it for my order it should be honored past its expiration date. I was going to send it over to my dealership this week, so hopefully I can get some confirmation with them and share back soon.

I have been on chip hold since August. Ordered in November of 2021. It's a Platinum PB hybrid. I stopped tracking my truck for a little but checked-in with the chat today and I had a new update. They said it was returned from offsite and awaiting shipment with an ETA of 11/19 but still on a chip hold. The update was made on 11/11. I originally had 984 modules and then jumped to 1002 and now as of today I have 1824. What does this mean and is my truck finally coming? Anyone have something similar? I don't know what to know anymore...Thoughts?

The module count is probably the best indicator. Ford chat will simply give you an eta that is 1-2 weeks from the day you're taking to them.... Good luck!

Yeah I just touched base with Ford Chat and they gave me an ETA that's already half over ? . I doubt the truck is getting to the dealer in 2 days. Still not other movement on trackers besides the jump in modules

Last week my dealer said delivery was scheduled for 11/16. I should have asked them to clarify the year. I have heard nothing from them this week, and my contact from the exec office is MIA. I've got 5 years until I'm eligible for social security. Any bets on what arrives first, social security check or truck???

when I called they gave me a PCO for a Finance rate. couldn't tell me what that rate was but told me to call my dealer with the code.

Expires 1/3/23. I laughed when she gave the date.

Im with you meathead, my dealer told me my truck was delivering 2 days ago. Unfortunately its still in Dearborn on chip hold, I go over 8 months since order in 5 days
