"Chimes" screen in settings is blank?

I went in for an oil change 2 weeks ago, and they told me my 2yo battery was dead....so got it swapped out under warranty. Also was in need of an alignment which I agreed and paid for. Then, I came home an hour later and was greeted with 'Park Aid' and 'Reverse Brake Assist' faults. Went back to dealer 3 days later, they had it for 6 full days before they were able to fix the parking sensors. Paperwork said code U3000 was only code that appeared. Picked up truck yesterday and now this time immediately see this "Chimes" screen is blank. Anyone had this happen? Any feedback on fix? I do not want to lose my truck for another week! UGH! Help please! p.s. I guess my Acceleration behaviour is not great? lol. Thank you! -Andrea

@Jesse-Infotainment Hi Jesse, wondering if you might have any ideas? I already tried soft reset with holding in Power + right Seek buttons. This seems to to be the only menu screen that doesn't populate. Dealer is avoiding my emails and calls. UGH.

Message me the VIN. I'll see if I see anything helpful. You can always try disconnecting the negative cable from your battery for 20 minutes to force a reset of the entire module network. It may not do anything, but it won't hurt to try.

I noticed my chimes page was blank today. I have not been into service recently and have not had any notified updates in months. I did notice my IP screen was on a different page (the My View start page) when I started it today, which I thought was odd.

Hey Ryan -- well, no offense, I'm glad I'm not alone. Lol. Yes, that My View def sounds odd not being the first thing you see. I had a nice guy @rugedraw try to help me via DM. Still no luck. Looks like I need to go to Ford with it. Ugh. Let me know if you figure out any fixes. Thanks!
